SRINAGAR, April 19 (SABAH): Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik visited the critically injured girl student Iqra Sideeq at a Srinagar hospital. Iqra was hit in her head by Indian forces at Sakidafer in Srinagar on Tuesday.
Mohammad Yasin Malik along with others party activists visited SMHS hospital in Srinagar and enquired about the well-being of students who were injured by Indian paramilitary forces and police personnel on Monday and Tuesday.
Yasin Malik also met the critically injured girl Iqra Sideeq who was hit in her head by Indian Central Reserve Police Forces. While talking to media men, he condemned such inhuman actions and brute force of Indian forces and policemen on students. He added that CRPF, Police and SOG personnel along with Indian army had crossed every limit of brutality at Pulwama Degree College and other colleges of the territory.
Malik said that choking every little space on peaceful protests and banning every peaceful activity was undemocratic in every way and today what had transpired
He also met the family of Sajjad Hussain in Batamaloo. Sajjad was killed after a bullet hit him in Batamallu on Saturday. Yasin Malik and expressed solidarity with the family. He said that “Innocent teenager Sajjad was killed in cold blood and today his parents and other people were not allowed to hold congregational prayers at his graveyard.”
